It all started with free clients.
The first sessions came at the end of a group meeting at a Starbucks...

So I took a book that I had written out while sitting in jail.
After jail, I'd turned it into a short 20-page book and had done nothing with it.
It was time to complete the book project.
I spent months putting together the manuscript.
But I still didn't know how to publish it.
I went to a large training event, aka pitchfest, to learn the missing pieces of my budding business.
One of the presenters made an offer to learn how to get published.
I immediately went to the back of the room to pay for that training.
A few weeks later at the publishing training, they asked me to pay $30,000 for the vanity publisher - the organizer of the training - to complete my book.
